All three have breathable layers, therefore, maintaining optimal surface temperature and also are green guard certified. Now for people who like to sleep on their side are recommended to go for the botanical bliss as it provides ergonomic spinal alignment along with exceptional pressure relief and firmness.

People with more weight tend to go for luxury bliss due to its edge support and active body contouring. And if you are sensitive to wool natural bliss would be the right option for you.

In addition to that plush beds offer a 100 night trial with free return and a 25-year warranty which sounds very generous. As good as their product sound it comes with a heavy price tag starting from 1000$ to as high as 2500$.

5. Latexforless Mattresses

I have saved my number 1 recommendation for lats. Latexforless is a very well known organic mattress manufacturer. Their product is comprised of pure Talalay latex. The layering in their product line is as follows; 6inch of aprico latex providing firmness and 2-inch Talalay latex giving a softer feel while all this wrapped in half-inch thick layer of natural wools on both sides.

This ratio of layering gives their product a good level of comfort and support their mattresses vary based on dimensions only.

They have successfully managed to get GOTS and OEKO certifications. The company claims their mattresses to be better than other hybrid ones as it only comprises layers of latex, unlike other ones which also may have springs or other synthetic materials.

Latex being a product of rubber tree free from any kind of additives and artificial chemicals is as green as it gets. Along with all these features, Latexforless gives its customers 120-night free trial and a twenty-year guarantee with a price range between 800$-1600$.

The above-mentioned companies are some of the most renowned and trusted ones when it comes to All-natural mattresses. As all of them have product certifications and pay huge attention to using organic and natural compositions while keeping in mind user comfort.

Now, these options do seem pricey but we all know a mattress is something that goes a long way to think of it as an investment in terms of guaranteed sound sleep every time you doze off while being considerate about the environment.

  1. Very interesting article. They have green everything these days and it’s fantastic. I’m glad People are pulling together to make this world a better place 🙂

I have the latexforless mattresses twin sized and it’s amazing. It has 2 sides to it. One side is more firm than the other, just the way I like it. but Occasionally I’ll flip it over when I feel like getting a little cozy with my girlfriend on those days that I want to stay in and just watch Netflix. also what I found was that the price for latexforless was more affordable than most other latex mattresses. This brand actually wasnt my first choice but because of the price, I bought it.

I don’t regret it at all!

    1. Thank you for stopping by Daniel. I am delighted to have a review by somebody else who has one of these mattresses. I love your idea about flipping the mattress depending on how you are using it and who is spending time with you. Latexforless are very affordable considering the quality of their products. Thanks again.

  2. Thank you for the suggestions!
The mattress is indeed of crucial importance for good night sleep. We moved to a new place last year, so we decided to get a great mattress. I tried laying on it in the store and it felt great, so we ordered.
Unfortunately, it is far from what I wanted from it, but it took us longer to move in so the return period was already over. I’m seriously thinking to just get another one, but I don’t know how to proceed so I don’t end up getting another one I don’t rest well on.
How do you suggest to proceed in choosing one, besides reading reviews?
I live in Europe, so, unfortunately, I won’t be able to simply choose one of your recommendations, as they will most likely not be available here.

    1. You are more than welcome Alex!
I am so sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your mattress, even after personally laying down on it and thinking it was a good choice. Sometimes a mattress will feel comfortable when you lay down on it for a short period of time, but you will not know if it is a good fit until you have actually slept on it for at least a night. This is why reading online reviews is definitely beneficial. I would too recommend buying a mattress with a good return policy, sleep on it for not just one night but a week – and then decide if it is the right one for you. I hope this helps.

  3. Hi. Good article on Mattresses. Here in Australia, it gets a bit warm in the summer so having the 2″ of natural latex on top is best.
Before that, we used to spray the top and bottom sheets with water, stand a fan at the bottom of the bed and kind of hang the top sheet so the air flow would go in between. Worked well too.
    Thanks for the article.

    1. Wow, that is an ingenious idea. I am in Arizona so it gets very hot here too. I wish I had have known that when I first moved out here. Yes, the 2″ latex really does make a difference in the heat. Thank you for stopping by and I hope to hear from you again soon.

  4. I’m not very knowledgeable about green things so this site is very informative. We need more people to be green and to care about the future of our earth. 🙂
