Company Overview

If you are trying this product of Just Nutritive for the first time, there are some things you should know to feel more comfortable with all the benefits that nature has to offer you.

Just as real nutritive ingredients vary, so does the appearance, texture, feel, scent and color of our products.

This is a good thing and is another way that you can be sure that you are getting all the benefits of the nutritive ingredients.

Soap is an important part of skincare

Does it matter which type of soap we are using? Is it important to consider the benefits of homemade over factory-made?

Yes! The old-fashioned style of soap is better for our skin and health. This is because the ingredients used are more natural and organic.

Natural Ingredients are Better Quality

Many of the natural ingredients must be handled with care during the production process. Only somebody with a loving pair of loving hands can offer.

Just Nutritive ingredients are fresh and pure which vary from time to time in color, density, scent, and texture. The company recognizes and respects the differences between these living ingredients.

Unfortunately, many cleansers and soaps have harsh chemicals that may cause irritation, dryness, itching and prolong flare-ups. But the Just Nutritive Soften Skin Soap is really good.

There are many benefits of Just Nutritive Soften Skin Soaps:

  • No artificial fragrance are used
  • The soap gives a gentle, mild cleansing that makes the skin feel moisturized and smoother than ordinary soap.
  • Avocado oil is also used as an ingredient to smooth the skin and has a high content of Vitamin A and Vitamin E.

Commercial Soap is Cheap

Commercial soap has a fairly high water content (because it’s a cheap way to make more mass and create a bar that runs out quicker) so it is much more prone to this characteristic.

Alternatively, homemade soap is rich in quality ingredients and lasts a lot longer, and it is of much better quality.

Homemade soap tends to lose its scent as essential oils evaporate, but since it’s pretty low on water to start with, the bar just hardens, without visible drying.

Personally I think that it is one of the best soap ever! It forms a creamy lather to gently cleanse without damaging the skin.

  1. Thank you for the informative post. We fully agree that anything natural or made mainly of natural ingredients is preferred. Otherwise, we would be exposed to harsh chemicals that may cause irritation, dryness, itching and prolong flare-ups. We do not mind having to pay a little bit more than commercial soaps as the benefits outweigh the incremental cost.

    1. Hello JRandZen, I am happy to hear that the pair of you are in agreement with me on this topic. The health concerns are too a concern for me, that combined with the effects on the environment. Thank you for stopping by and I hope to hear from you again soon.

  2. My wife and I bought some similiar soaps at a flea market a few weeks ago and feel they are much better on the skin than the standard stuff sold in supermarkets and drugstores. Sometimes they cost a little more but not by much, well worth the price

    1. Hello Gary, I am happy to hear that you found a similar product recently and that you were pleasantly pleased with the benefits of using it. I agree with you, they are better for the skin and they are sometimes more expensive. I always think about the quality and that old saying “you get what you pay for”. Thank you once again.

  3. Love love love a nice hand made soap, a few close friends brought some back from a trip to the coast recently and I was oh so grateful.

Definitely looking forward to checking out some of the ones you have listed here. Especially the Just Nutritive product line.

I always land on this site and end up spending a long time checking other things out, keep up the great work

    All the best

I find it really hard to choose the right product for your needs, so your blog has proven to be the place I get my information about following a greener way of living. This soap seems to be a great product. I can’t wait to try it!
