  1. Thank you for this wonderful article on flaxseed oil! I had been wondering about it for quite some time. Right now I use hemp seed oil and tea tree oil. I don’t ingest the tea tree. And this is the first example of how to take flaxseed oil that I’ve read. Thank you for posting!

    1. Hello Jason, these side effects happened when the adults consumed more than 6 grams per day. To avoid these side effects, I would suggest taking a small quantity for the first time, e.g. one teaspoon instead of one tablespoon. This way, you will allow your body time to adjust to the new supplement and avoid these side effects altogether. I hope this helps.
