  • 1 golden apple
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 orange
  • 1 grapefruit
  • 100 g pineapple
  • 1 tablespoon of brewed yeast

 Mango, apple and cucumber

 Grapefruit and ginger juice



  • 400 g of grapefruit
  • 4 g ginger
  • 200 g Tangerine
  • Remove the skin of tangerine, ginger, and grapefruit.
  • Place everything in the glass of your blender.
  • Then, you must crush the ingredients at high speed and drive the turbo for about six seconds.
  • Place some segments of tangerine (to taste) at the bottom of a glass – if it is transparent, the better.


Add the juice and serve. This smoothie recipe is ideal if you are on a diet to lose weight.

This is thanks to the acids in its ingredients, which help suppress the fat in your body.

  Orange, peach and carrot juice



  • 200 g of oranges
  • 200 g of carrots
  • 500 g of peaches


  • Peel the peaches, throw the bone and set aside the pulp for later.
  • Carefully peel the orange and discard the entire white part of the skin, it is too bitter.
  • Remove the ends of the carrot and throw them away. Remove all skin with a peeler.

      Pineapple and cherry juice



    • 300 g of cherries
    • 400 g pineapple
    • Pineapple and sugar to decorate


    Remove pineapple skin. Remove the bones and tails of cherries. For this, it is better than the cuts in a longitudinal way through the center, since the bone comes out more easily.

    Put everything in your blender for two minutes at high speed. Serve the juice in glasses or glasses. Decorate the edges with sugar and some pineapple slices. They will make their mouths water.

      Fig, red apple and lime juice



    • 150 g figs
    • 150 g of lime

    • 1 cup unsweetened soy milk

    Combine all the ingredients in the blender glass. Pour the milk. Mix until smooth and consistent.

      Energy Smooothie


    • 1 apple
    • 1 kiwi
    • 1 lemon
    • 1 head of lettuce
    • 4 celery sticks
    • A piece of fresh ginger 2 × 2 cm.
    • Peel the apple, cut it into medium pieces.
    • Peel the kiwi and the lemon and cut it into medium pieces.
    • Remove the stems with celery leaves and cut into medium pieces.
    • Finally, cut the lettuce leaves into medium pieces and peel the ginger piece.
    • Once you have all the ingredients prepared, you pass them through the blender and go.
