      If you feel like you do not have time for exercise, can I suggest that you consider changing your mode of transport to and from work?
      Perhaps you currently drive when you could be walking, cycling or taking a bus or train.
      This will ensure you are getting some more exercise every day.
      Adding flax to your diet will certainly help too.
