    Flaxseed oil certainly sounds worth it to have in your diet.
    I have not had this consistently in my diet but I look forward to trying this out.
    There are so many positive health benefits for consuming this oil but I was particularly interested in the reduction of inflammation possible with flaxseed oil.
    I regularly consume olive oil and thought it was one of the best for reducing inflammation in the body.

    Flax seeds are excellent for your health, I always make sure I have some (also chia seeds). I hadn’t thought of getting flax seed capsules, but they probably contain more benefits, I think. Should you just take one in the morning?
